What currency are the prices listed in?


All prices are displayed in USD.

I just placed an order. When will it ship?


We strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible. Please allow 4–7 business days for production before your order ships. Average delivery times are between 15–21 days.
Tracking numbers will be updated 3–5 days after your order has been shipped. If you do not receive a tracking number after 7 business days, please email us at africanherbalstreasures@gmail.com.

Can I return my order if I’m not satisfied? What if there’s an issue?


Yes! We offer a 100% money-back guarantee for products that are defective or damaged. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the item for a full refund.
Please note:

  • You are responsible for the return shipping cost.

  • Please include your name and order number with the returned package.

  • If your order is still in transit, you must wait until it arrives before initiating a return or refund.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order without penalty—as long as it hasn't shipped yet. If your order has already been shipped, please use our return system to request a refund once you receive it.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?


If you accidentally entered the wrong address, please reply to your order confirmation email immediately or contact us at africanherbalstreasures@gmail.com within 24 hours.
We can update the address if notified within this timeframe. Unfortunately, after 24 hours, we cannot guarantee any changes or refunds for incorrect addresses.

How long does shipping take?


Shipping times vary depending on your location. On average, delivery takes between 15–25 business days as we ship from multiple fulfillment centers worldwide.
